The Manager’s role is to oversee the entire Help Desk/Technical staff and ensure that end users are receiving the appropriate assistance. This includes the responsibility of managing all procedures related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of end user help requests, including the monitoring, tracking, and coordination of Help Desk functions. The Manager will also contribute to problem resolution by giving hands-on support to end users at the desktop level as well as provide high-level knowledge and problem solving when required. The Manager is also responsible for overseeing the delivery of technical services related to all Projects engaged by the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT managed services and have the ability and willingness to learn, mentor and grow with the organization.
